  I rented a U-haul from this place. One month later small charges started appearing on my credit card. I contacted the CC company and they all came from this shop. I had to cancel my card and get a new one. Either someone there is stealing CC info or they have been hacked. Not dealing with them again.

  I called after getting a price quote online to confirm the price. I spoke with someone who was able to pull up my reservation and confirm. The day of pick up I called and was told I did have a reservation in the system and that they had no trucks. I had to call the 800 number to get a new reservation and cost me $300 more than the original price. This was for a long distance trip that we flew up for I do not recommend working with this location.

  The guy has major attitude problem and that too early in the morning. I walked in and told him about the problem my car was having. Tells me to come back during the week and when I asked, if he can have a quick look and let me know, if it's ok to drive around in the mean time, he goes "well you are driving it aren't you? Why do want me tell you if it's ok to drive". Never going to this place again. No wonder his lot was empty except for U-Haul trucks....go somewhere else.
